Healthy eating is a way of life and as long as we can exercise good judgement and portion control we are well on our way to a healthier lifestyle. We all have comfort foods that we do not want to give up, well, you don’t really have to as long as you have them in moderation. Healthier eating leads to healthier living and healthier living leads to a happier being. When we are happy it shows in every aspect of our lives.
