Today I am screaming Happy Birthday to my beautiful baby sister Nicole Griggs, also known as Fit Girl Nikki! I hope she can hear me in New Jersey all the way from Raleigh! I love this girl like she was my own child even though we are only a few years apart in age. I have always been super-protective of her, but it is very comforting to me that she has such big muscles now because I know she can put a hurtin’ on somebody if need be! LOL!
